Mono-printing! This is a process I have been wanting to share with you all.
Mono-prinitng is something I have enjoyed for a while now and it's a way to get a hand drawn image/s printed all by hand.
You paint with MX Dye's on a textile printing screen and once it's dry you pull through manutex, with a little soda ash and it transfers the painting on to your fabric. It's such a good technique to use and they look good once they have been finished.
My Theme for this project is geometric buildings with florals, I quite like the print and for my first one I think it's quite effective. I will be experimenting more with this at a later date in my project.
