In my last semester I used Puff binder to make my fabric twist and manipulate its self under heat. I have been trying to get some twisting effects by using it again this time in my flower project, but because I want to layer up the fabrics this process doesn't seem to be working very well as it leaves a rubber feel at the back. I tried latex as I read that this works as well but it doesn't seem to work either. After some researching i read that neoprene was probably my best option, so I am now looking at ordering some and work with that in the next few weeks.
